2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system) to deliver the site and ensure its security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Netlify is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses also apply. Logs are kept by Netlify for a limited period in line with its policies.

3. Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a language with the switcher, we store your choice in a functional cookie (nf_lang, 1 year) and in your browser’s local storage so that you are not redirected again. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TDDDG (strictly necessary). Fonts are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to font providers.

4. Starting an audit

The “Start audit” buttons take you to the audit wizard of Letsnet Kft. (AI Ház) on ai-haz.hu. Any data you enter there (e.g. store URL, name, email, billing details) is collected and processed by Letsnet Kft. as an independent controller. Please see its privacy policy. Letsnet Kft. shares order data with us (company name, package, date, contact name and email) to settle our partner commission; we process it on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at szia@helloseller.hu. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or the authority in your country.
